أكدت الإدارة العليا والأمانة العامة لعدل القرار للتحكيم و لخدمات تسوية المطالبات ، أن عقوبة إعطاء مستندات منتهية الصلاحية أو الإدلاء بمعلومة غير صحيحة توجب عقاب مرتكبها بإيقاف بطاقتة مدة لا تزيد على 6 أشهر أو بالغرامة أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أخطر السلطة التحكيمية القضائية الإكترونية الخاصة أو الجهات الإدارية العليا في عدل القرار للتحكيم و لخدمات تسوية المطالبات عن أخطاء لا وجود لها، أو عن فتن يعلم أنها لم ترتكب، وذلك وفقاً للمادة 2 من القانون الداخلي و 4 من الميثاق و الدستور لعدل القرار للتحكيم و لخدمات تسوية المطالبات
The Supreme Administration and the General Secretariat of Decision Justice for Arbitration and Claims Settlement Services confirmed that the penalty for giving expired documents or providing incorrect information requires that the perpetrator be punished by suspending his card for a period not exceeding 6 months, or by a fine, or by one of these two penalties, whoever notifies the private electronic judicial arbitration authority or the authorities. The Supreme Administrative Office issues decisions for arbitration and claims settlement services for errors that do not exist, or for strife that is known to have not been committed, in accordance with Article 2 of the Internal Law and 4 of the Charter and the Constitution for arbitration decisions and claims settlement services.
